We met on May 24, 2021, during the pandemic at a coffee shop in Mississauga. Masks were still on, but even through that first hello, something just clicked.

We’ve kept things fun and easy with coffee dates, regular date nights, hikes, long runs, and hot yoga classes. Whether it’s a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, those are the moments when we slow down and truly connect. We love exploring new places, trying different foods, and making memories together.

Along the way, Nila has had the joy of bonding with Scott's kids, Ella and Cooper, and they’ve become an important part of our journey as a family.

We got engaged during one of our annual birthday trips—this time in Cartagena, Colombia—on January 21, 2025. We didn’t want to wait, so we jumped right into wedding planning!
